Baling Machines are advanced machines designed for the processing and packaging of metal waste, primarily sheet metal. Their main function is to reduce the volume of waste material and create compact bales, simplifying further handling and transportation. Our range includes both single-stage and two-stage balers, where pre-compaction occurs through the use of a lid or lids. The filling of the compaction chamber can be done manually with smaller models (e.g., LMC 430, LMC 500, S-125r, S-125a), while larger versions (S-265, S-400, S-170) use cranes with polyethylene grabs or conveyor belts for better automation.

Our technology is based on years of experience gained from the production at RIKO Ribnica, with a focus on modern solutions for control systems and hydraulics. Machine control is handled by an advanced PLC control system, which allows automation of work cycles, while smaller models are also designed for manual operation. Drive units can be either electric or diesel, with some models using a combination of both. We also offer fully refurbished second-hand machines, such as the SP-150V ARNOLD, providing access to high-quality equipment at more affordable prices.

Channel Continuous Balers are essential machines for waste processing, designed to reduce the volume of various types of materials for efficient waste management. They are divided into three main types, each offering unique features that meet different needs and space constraints.

Type KK – Short Design

Channel balers of type KK are designed for less intensive operations and are ideal for spaces with limited room. These balers include two pushing cylinders for efficient operation and provide a compact design that makes installation and maintenance easier. They are suitable for smaller operations where lower loads are expected, but reliability in regular use is still essential. Models in this category include S-20KK, S-30KK, S-40KK.

Type K – Standard Design

Type K represents a more robust solution, designed with a single pushing cylinder and a standard construction. These balers require more workspace but offer greater capacity and are suitable for more intensive use in medium-sized operations. They are capable of handling larger volumes of waste and are designed for efficient compaction of various materials. Models such as S-60K, S-80K, S-100K, S-120K are flexible and allow optimal operation in different industrial settings.

Type PK – Heavy Duty Design with Pre-Compression

Type PK balers are intended for processing bulky and difficult-to-cut materials. These devices include additional pre-compaction functionality, which allows for improved compaction for higher density bales. Their robust construction allows for handling demanding waste, making them ideal for industries where heavy compaction and processing of tough materials are necessary. Models such as S-60PK and S-100PK offer reliability and long service life, and can be easily integrated into existing workflows.

Vertical Balers are designed for compact and efficient compression of smaller amounts of waste packaging and other types of waste. Their design allows use in spaces with limited working room, without sacrificing performance. These balers are ideal for businesses that deal with the processing of paper, cardboard, textiles, foils, PET packaging, as well as metal packaging and larger items such as 200L drums and household appliance casings.

Types of Vertical Balers:

•S-7a, S-10a, S-32P, and S-32A: Suitable for general compaction of various types of packaging, capable of reducing volume by 6-10 times, with a capacity ranging from 300 to 700 kg/hour and processing up to 2000 kg of waste per hour.

•S-30S: Specifically designed for metal packaging and larger drums (200L).

•S-30VNM: Designed for processing cans and larger pieces of household appliances, featuring profiled linings and a compression chamber measuring 700 x 700 x 1200 mm.

Bale Specifications:

•S-7a: Size 800x600x650 mm, weight up to 30 kg.

•S-10a: Size 1000x700x900 mm, weight up to 350 kg.

•S-32P and S-32A: Size 700x700x900 mm, weight up to 400 kg.

These balers are equipped with manual bale tying using PVC string or wire. The drive motor power can range from 3 kW for smaller models (S-7a, S-10a) to 11 kW for larger versions (S-32P, S-32A, S-30VNM), providing flexibility for different loads and needs.

Hydraulic Shears are versatile machines designed for cutting and packaging metal waste of medium thickness. They are ideal for cutting steel billets to the desired length for steel mills and foundries and for forming bundles that are suitable for further processing in shredders (dimensions 800 x 600 mm, length 1000–1200 mm).
